The location of the hotel is excellent. About a 10 minute walk to the bus staion, 5 minutes to the Mersey and 5 minutes to the famous Cavern Club. It is located down a quiet street , staff were very friendly and checking in was quick and easy. The room was windowless but I knew that when I booked. The room itself was a decent size, double bed was comfortable, en-suite was clean and the shower was good. The one issue is that to get to your rooms it is a little like running a maze as the layout of the hotel is a little crazy. Not really an issue but someone with mobility issues may struggle for example to have gotten to the room I was staying in. There are also a good variety of bars and restaurants around the immediate area to suit all tastes. There is also good transport links just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Overall I was very impressed and have booked a further stay at the hotel for later this year.

An Unforgettable Stay with the Kindest Team! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tune hotel for two days, and I cannot express how wonderful my experience was! From the moment we arrived, the reception team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had some issues with our luggage, but they were incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay. The staff at the reception truly made a difference, making sure we had everything we needed, and their warm smiles and helpfulness turned what could have been a stressful experience into a truly enjoyable one. Tune Hotel is in a very good location, 2 mins into centre Liverpool. There is a Greggs next door and Sainsburys local on same road. Hotel recentley Refurbished so all clean and smells lovely and fresh. Rooms are really big and clean. Bed nice and comfortable. Staff always friendly and polite. 2nd time staying here and would stay again.

The staff are amazing both the young American lady and the English guy. We had a nice room in a part of the hotel which is different from the front side. Kinda secret in a good way. You would get lost as the hotel is huge actually.

The location is excellent. The hotel is good, with spacious rooms. Rooms with windows are also bright. The nearby Greggs is very convenient.

The location is absolutely incredible, it’s seconds away from mathew street but also Liverpool one is 5 mins walk and the Albert dock 10 mins walk. Also lots of convenience stores and restaurants near by. The apartment itself is completely spotless and spacious well worth the money, couldn’t have been happier and will certainly be back again.

The Hotel was basic, no facilities, you get a good sleep in a good place. The room was enough for 2 adults, no carpet, so you need to bring your own slippers, toilet had toiletries and towels. Staff were friendly and ready to help. The location is the best thing about the Hotel. Everything is walking distance, shopping, the Dock, restaurants and buses. Good for short stay.

Very kind, and helpful staff. I work in 2 hospitals One from 6 miles and the other 4 miles. I buy food from Sainsbury’s in the corner and from Greggs. I use taxis to work and taxi drivers are comfortable to take me to work in the morning and to bring me after work because of the location. It is a strange coincidence but one senior manager is from same area in CoLOMB,SriLanka. We have a common back ground and a common topics to talk.
